Description

• The MOMOUSE is the result of a collaboration with our Pro Staff member Morgan Calu, hence the name MO-MOUSE. This mini wakebait is designed to resemble a small rodent. The ABS body mimics a tiny mouse and features a flexible, movable tail and a stainless steel bead to aid in casting distance. Its stout body and small lip generate a distinctive wobbling action that emits strong vibrations. Primarily intended to be fished slowly as a mini wakebait on or just below the surface, it creates a characteristic ripple like a small rodent that has accidentally fallen into the water and is struggling to swim back to the shore. It can also be retrieved quickly with the rod held low to elicit a reaction from following fish. The surface ripple combined with the vibrations through the water triggers the feeding instinct in predatory fish such as perch, pike, trout, largemouth bass, and chub. An excellent lure for fishing in confined spots, such as small rivers, around obstacles or stone breakwaters, or close to the shore. A lure that is both fun and effective to fish with, perfect for fishing from the shore or from a boat with light to medium-light tackle.
