Transport and Delivery
Our shipping partner for sending packages is GLS. We aim to deliver orders within the Benelux within 1 to 2 BUSINESS DAYS, if ordered BEFORE 12 PM. For other European countries, the shipping rates and delivery times below apply.

Belgium

• Shipping cost: €5.95
• Free shipping on orders over €100
• Delivery within 1-3 business days

Netherlands & Luxembourg

• Shipping cost: €7.95
• Free shipping on orders over €150
• Delivery within 2-4 business days

France

• Shipping cost: €9.95
• Free shipping on orders over €150
• Delivery within 2-5 business days

Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address specified by the customer. You can also choose an alternative delivery address. During the shipping process, you will receive emails with updates about the status of your order.

Pick-up at Hengelsport Lisarde
You can also choose to place your order through our webshop and pick it up at our store. Please note the following conditions:

• Orders must be paid online. Payment upon collection is not possible.
• A processing time of at least 1 business day applies to pickups.

Returns
Not satisfied with your order? Please contact us first so we can take the necessary steps. You have the option to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, provided the return conditions are met.

The costs for returning goods by the customer will be deducted from the refund amount of the order. The return cost is equal to the shipping cost of the destination country. Even if the order was shipped for free, a return cost will still be charged.

In case of a return due to an incorrect or damaged delivery, NO return cost will be charged.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be returned undamaged and, if possible, in the original packaging. Make sure the products are well packed and keep your shipping receipt.
• The items must be unused, clean, and resellable.
• Consumable items such as liquids and feed can only be returned if they are unopened.
• Products damaged due to own repair attempts will not be accepted.
• The cost of return shipments is at your own expense.
• Return shipments must be sent directly to our store address and not to a pick-up point.
