It is equipped with small lateral appendages: silicone protrusions positioned on two levels. Upper level: During a steady retrieve, the silicone appendages create a natural surface disturbance. When paused, they remain afloat and generate spontaneous movements, mimicking the wing beats of an insect trapped on the surface. This effectively triggers strikes. They also create slight resistance, improving feel and control during retrieval.Lower level: The silicone appendages perfectly imitate the legs or wings of a small insect struggling underwater.
